Vinson House Cottages is being created by Vinson House Developments Ltd. a partnership between Trasolini Chetner, a respected developer and builder of high-quality homes and innovative infill and heritage revitalization projects; and Michael Geller, a well-known Vancouver architect, planner and developer.
Trasolini Chetner and Geller previously collaborated on Hollyburn Mews, a highly successful infill development in the 2000 Block Esquimalt Avenue, across from West Vancouver United Church.
Michael Geller has four decades’ experience in the design and development of new housing, often catering to those seeking to downsize from single family homes. Past projects include Elm Park Place in Kerrisdale, The Highbury in Point Grey, Oak Gardens in Oakridge, and The Lagoons on False Creek. Michael was Development Manager for the highly acclaimed Bayshore community in Coal Harbour and oversaw the initial phases of UniverCity at Simon Fraser University.

Vinson House Cottages has been designed by Formwerks Architectural, who were also architects for Hollyburn Mews. The gardens and landscaping are by landscape architect Damon Oriente. Donald Luxton & Associates Inc. is the heritage consultant.
